I had always wanted to visit the Grand Place in Brussels, so I chose Smartflats for its convenient location near the European Parliament and Mont des Arts. To my surprise, I found that access to the Smartflats Lounge was included, which was a great perk. The fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area were also a pleasant surprise, providing all the conveniences I needed during my stay.

Shared toilets were inconvenient.

Its location was excellent and unbeatable, not far from an english-style urban park. And we were adjacent to supermarket and metro/train station, Very close to Military museum and Autoworld & Cinquantenaire Park.

The apartment was clean and well prepared for our family. the bathroom was more clean than average. the apartment is located near a park with a playground. the elevator worked well. the price was reasonable.

Flat in Brussels, great place for shopping...

I had a last-minute booking at Smartflats and it was definitely worth the money. The apartment was well-maintained, spacious, and had a great view of the park and EU buildings. The location in the European Quarter was ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff, especially Fabio, was excellent and made sure I settled in comfortably.

The breakfast menu could have been better.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment is unbelievably large and clean with stunning windows on both sides. The kitchen is equipped with a super-cool electric kettle and all the cookware you need. The WiFi is fast and easy to use. The flexibility of check-in and check-out is jaw-dropping, especially if you have a crazy schedule. And let's not forget the location, just a stone's throw away from the EU buildings. Plus, the bed is heavenly comfortable!

I had a great value for my money at Smartflats Berlaymont in Brussels. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, especially for my EU-Meeting, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I absolutely adored the decoration of the hotel, with its elegant furnishings and charming design. The general areas, such as the lobby and terrace, were beautiful and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay.

I would have loved to have more activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

I stayed at Smartflats Design in Brussels for a business trip and found the location to be excellent, especially for the EEAS and Berlaymont. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, perfect for those who prefer more space than a hotel room. The communication with the management team was excellent and easy via email. The check-in process was clever, using an access code for entry instead of a key. The apartment had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The dining area had stylish furniture, and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Smartflats Design and I was impressed with the modern and comfortable apartment. The amenities were great and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The apartment was clean and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I do have to mention that there was a torn rug outside the apartment door which made it a bit hazardous to walk in. Also, one of the bedrooms didn't have curtains, which limited privacy and allowed too much light in the morning.
